Online
Since COVID, working online feels much more accessible for many people. Surprisingly coaching works really well online - no need to travel anywhere, flexible timing to fit into life, comfortable and safe within your own environment, and very quickly we begin to forget there is any distance between us as we start to work in partnership in your best interest.
Face to Face
For some people, working in the same physical space as the coach makes the process feel more natural, forming a good working relationship and bond. For that reason, Annette can also offer face to face coaching sessions from her treatment space in Ratho (most suitable for clients living in Edinburgh and the Lothians in Scotland)

Wellbeing Coaching can be an inspiring, challenging and ultimately life-changing experience, generally suitable for individuals over 18 who really want to make positive changes in their lives to improve health and wellbeing. Your coaching experience begins with a free 30 minute consultation followed by regular weekly sessions in blocks of 6 or 10, available either online or at The Pond treatment room near Edinburgh.
